How do I secure my booking?
To secure your booking in my diary, a €150 retainer is required, which will be deducted from the final amount due. Please email me at agatajuliamakeup@gmail.com or use the contact form to make a booking. Bookings without a paid retainer are not confirmed, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

What is the travel cost?
For weddings in mainland Spain outside the 30km radius of postcode 08870, the travel cost is €0.5/km (based on a return trip). For destination weddings, please refer to the section on Destination Weddings.
What are the payment methods?
For retainers, you can pay by credit/debit card (via secure online payment) or bank transfer. The final invoice can be paid by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (if agreed upon in advance).
What is the cancellation policy?
For wedding services, the final payment is required four weeks before the wedding. If cancellation takes place within six weeks of the wedding date, the payment is non-refundable. Retainers are also non-refundable.
When should I book a trial?
The trial can be booked as early as one year before the wedding. However, for the best results and to ensure that the look we create matches the dress, I recommend booking the trial once you have chosen your dress.
How long does the trial take?
I schedule a maximum of 4 hours and 30 minutes for a hair and makeup trial, and 2 hours and 30 minutes for a hair or makeup trial. On average, the trial takes about 3 hours for both hair and makeup and 1 hour and 45 minutes for a hair or makeup trial.
How many looks can I try during a trial?
Depending on your preferences, I typically create up to three different hairstyles during the trial. When applying makeup, I start with a more natural version and build-up, allowing you to see different makeup looks as well.
When would an assistant be required for a booking?
For bookings with limited preparation time or large bridal parties, an assistant may be required to assist with hair setting. This will be discussed during the booking process.
Do you travel for the wedding day? What area do you cover?
While I am based in Barcelona, I provide my services throughout mainland Spain and worldwide.
When is the final invoice due?
The invoice will be sent six weeks before the wedding, and the final payment is due four weeks before the wedding date.
